Returns Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from DMT DIRECT LTD. However, should you wish you can return it for any reason within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs). Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact for lingerie and all seals intact for toys and accessories. There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;
